Make sure you have

The size isn't about your dog's body — it's about how much they bark. This is what decides whether the pendant works as strongly as it should.
The bigger the stone, the stronger the calm it brings. So if your dog barks a lot and you have the smaller 12mm, it may simply not be strong enough for that level of stress. The stone still works — it's just not sized for how much your dog barks. For an intense, non-stop barker, the 16mm is the one that will really make the difference.

Here's what most owners don't realise: worn every day, a natural stone slowly loses some of its grounding power — usually after 2–3 months of daily use, sometimes sooner. A stone kept charged is always more powerful than one that's run down, so recharging is never wasted.
What it is
A 6cm Flower of Life selenite disc — selenite is the one crystal that recharges other stones. Rest your pendant on it and it draws the stone back to full strength.
8 hours, fully restored
One night on the disc — around 8 hours — fully restores the stone's energy, back to day-one power by morning, often even stronger.
The more you recharge it, the better it works — always. You can't over-charge it, so there's no timing to stress about. A well-charged stone simply grounds stronger and keeps your dog calmer. If the effect isn't strong enough yet, a full recharge (along with the right size) is what makes the difference.

How to use it
Every few days, 30 seconds. Take it off the collar and wipe gently in circles. No water or product needed.
